Or perhaps life is perfect and you do what you enjoy each day, in positive loving energies which are so abundant that you raise everyone around you?

Perhaps your truth is to live in honesty, integrity, consciousness, compassion, love, positivity and balance, and to be your REAL self? Are you living that truth?

If not what is your mind telling you that stops you following your heart, your dreams and your true path?

We each have a path to travel. Each day we can make many choices. Make conscious choices which are right for you and to raise you to the highest levels of vibration and life.

Mayan Calendar Predictions – do you feel it happening?

People around the world are feeling the changes predicted by the Mayan Calendar.

Much has happened recently - the full-scale democracy movement in the Middle East, and earthquakes and tremors in the active "ring of fire" region around the Pacific Ocean, especially the terrible one in Japan. This calendar does not foresee the end of the world. Therefore the seismic events should not be seen as an apocalyptic sign.

The Calendar is, without a doubt, a predictive instrument, and has been quite accurate forecasting the evolution of human society and our intellectual and social progress. In fact, it's predictions have been very accurate for thousands of years. This accuracy seems even more pronounced concerning our present time. Something, indeed, is happening that we can already feel.

For our current time period, the calendar predicts a very important shift that it calls the 9th and final stage of divine creation, one that will bring a Unity Consciousness to humanity. When was it supposed to begin? 9th of March, 2011. What precisely have we been feeling? Clearly, exactly what was predicted: more Unity Consciousness with each other.

Regarding Japan, it feels like a new level of emotional empathy with what people there are going through, as though it is happening to our selves, or a family member. Regarding the democracy movements, we are more connected and supportive, because the urge to confront corruption is something we're all feeling at the same time. We want to make the world better for everyone.

It seems that what we are feeling is coming upon us in a series of integrations, small shifts in clarity about the matter - in other words, we're getting more connected not just with others but with the rest of ourselves, our higher right brain wisdom which feels like a greater intuitive help in directing our lives.

The Mayan Calendar inscriptions suggest this new Unity Consciousness is coming into us in stages, metaphorically like one would cultivate a garden, only it is a consciousness within ourselves that we are cultivating. First there is the seeding, or intention to cultivate, then there is a sprouting, then leaf formation, and so on, each symbolic of a shift in consciousness that can be proved to oneself every step of the way.

Remember that we have free will. This consciousness will not be imposed on us. Yet, on the other hand, it has never been easier to tune in.

1st Dimension.
The Iron crystal core at the centre of the Earth.
2nd Dimension.
The Realm between the Iron Crystal Core and the surface of the Earth.
3rd Dimension.
Linear Space and Time on the Surface of the Earth, the time and space occupied by human beings, where Fear is King. Psychic abilities can be developed.
4th Dimension.
The Realm of the collective mind, thoughts and feelings of all human beings on the Planet, also the Realm connecting all of us. Intuition and feelings. The place were all akashic records are held. The place were control programmes exist to keep humans in confusion. Consider Financial systems based upon False Values, which are being exposed, control by religions and governments to keep citizens in confusion and fear.
5th Dimension.
The Dimension of opening of the heart, the Realm of Unconditional LOVE. Where 3rd dimension states of anger, jealousy, deceit and lies no longer exist.
6th Dimension.
The Dimension of geometrical fields (like Plato – World of Forms), subtle dimension and mental fields.
7th Dimension.
The Dimension of Sound. Sound creates geometry. (Like Keppler – Music of Spheres).
8th Dimension.
The Dimension of Divine Consciousness and Oneness. Trusting, being in a state of Grace.
9th Dimension.
The Dimension of Time. It is said that Mayan calendar is a time coded evolutionary form, creating the Divine mind and the Dimensions.
Also that as the calendar comes to an end in 2012 (some say 2011) all nine dimensions of consciousness will open up and be available.

Like notes of music, each Dimension has it’s own frequency which can be tuned into.

This is so interesting that I share the original text with you.

Has it occurred to you, in your glorious I AM-ness, that YOU and I are collectively creating our own galaxy to support our intentions?
And that if you have felt spacey, weird, overwhelmed energetically, tired, nauseated, ears ringing, unable to focus it might be for a very concrete reason, which actually was drawn into your experience as a manifestation of your, or shall i say, OUR collective desires to expand our consciousness and elevate our frequency?
Let me explain...
The other day I received an email from a reader who shared with me the link to the a video from NASA. I took this screen shot of the video which can be seen in it's entirety HERE. It’s a beautiful image, and a beautiful experience--to see this structure in our galaxy. To understand more of what we are part of by being given the gift of a visual image of it.
Even more amazing was my response to watching this video! My crown chakra opened wide and I felt highly emotional. My heart chakra spread out across my chest and felt tender and spacious.
Rather then being stimulated mentally or curious, I had an emotional and energetic response of knowing. Knowing what? I’m not sure. But definitely, knowing.
I knew that what I was looking at was important and significant. A way perhaps to understand the incredibly deep and wide energies since that followed the 10-10-10 Stargate and which were more integrated and thus further supported and expanded with the shared focus and experience of 11-11-10.
I then went to channel and gather more understanding. I asked: What is this structure of enormous gamma ray emitting lobes, that the NASA's Fermi Telescope Finds reveals are in our Galaxy? What is the relevance or meaning of this for me and others exploring the expansion of consciousness? Here is what I received from Archangel Michael and Naeshira:
Enormous waves of high frequency light enter the Earth’s atmosphere. Interacting with lower vibrating waves to form higher frequency gamma rays. Gamma rays are typically thought of as destructive to living cells; however gamma rays with their high frequency/short wavelength are unusually compatible with crystal, (as opposed to carbon structures). Thus, they are highly effective at bringing high-frequency energies into your experience in a new way.
Radiation from gamma rays in your atmosphere is increasing in a parallel movement as your cells becoming increasingly converted from carbon to crystalline in structure. This allows for vast quantities of high-frequency energy to permeate and elevate the overall collective energy field of Earth plane.
As I contemplated this information from Michael and Naeshira, I wanted to understand more.
It’s interesting that gamma waves were thought before to only reside BEYOND the milky way. That gamma waves traveled vast distances to our atmosphere. Why would there now be, or would we now "discover" the presence of these waves radiating into our atmosphere from the our galaxy?
The structures in the video are being described by scientists as “two lobes” above and below our galaxy’s center. Isn’t it interesting that they also resemble the form of a mobius wave, the symbol also used to convey infinity?
I discovered that the scientists have never seen exactly this kind of a formation. They have nothing that explains how these highly charged electrons "got here."
Furthermore, scientists felt like these gamma rays are full of information and they don't have a context to put it in. How cool that these scientists are able to say, A) it's amazing and B) we don't know what it is and what's involved with it!
I kept asking to be guided and as I was, a constellation of relevant information to make more meaning of all this came forth.
First I learned that gamma rays are measured often (in controlled scientific environments, naturally) by creating them and directing them toward crystals. The electrons within the crystals are "contained" as so absorb the information from the gamma rays and then reflect the energy of the gamma ray's intensity as light. How poetic and amazing!
Naturally as our bodies are increase in crystalline structure we would receive gamma ray information differently and potentially be able to handle greater amounts of information transmitted this way. Thus wouldn't it be useful to increase the amount of this energy coming to us?
I remembered learning about Subtle Energy Fields--which surround human bodies. That through these fields we are connected and in communication to the Universal Field, the Great Central Sun.
Then I started thinking about intentions. And where intentions and this Unified Field meet.
The interconnectivity of fields and intentions is a convergence of subtle energy theory and quantum physics.
We’re all connected in a non-local reality. Through intention our personal field can interact with someone else’s field and instantly transfer information. And/or transfer and receive information from the field as a whole.
Considering the timing of this "discovery" by NASA.
Factoring in the concept that those individuals with higher frequency perspectives have vast influence energetically...and that many of those beings are currently focused on "ascension" or expanding consciousness and elevating their baseline frequency.
Isn't it possible that WE created this structure within our galaxy, in order to receive the light = information we need to accomplish our intentions?
It's pretty cool.
Then if we remember the work of Nikola Tesla, which suggests that the gamma rays found on earth emanate from the zero-point field. And if the zero-point field, is sending information heavy rays into our experience...
If we also consider the theory that suggests that through INTENTION we access TORSION FIELDS: fields that travel at 109 times the speed of light—fields which actually transmit INFORMATION without transmitting energy and with NO time lapse.
And if we consider that some physicists believe that torsion-shaped energy is an intelligent light, emanating from higher dimensions and different electromagnetic radiation; giving rise to DNA.
And lastly as we consider that many researchers now believe that these torsion waves ARE consciousness, composing the soul and serving as the precursor to DNA.
Then wouldn't make sense that if we are re-activating our 12 strand DNA, and shifting from carbon to crystalline, that we might create a way to accelerate this by manifesting a beautiful structure in our galaxy to transmit the exact energy into our atmosphere which would support this transformation of ourselves, our civilization, our culture and ultimately our universe?
As Archangel Michael would say: {Smile!}
And I personally find it astonishing poetic that torsion waves, which are flowing to us and indeed create a great deal of our physical symptoms--as our cells "torque" (picture a rubber band and press on it--it twists and becomes? A figure 8.) This image of our cells as they change from carbon to crystaline based, is now mirrored in our galaxy. As above so below.
In our multidimensional experience, beyond time and space, when "events" are simply located in time and space and happen beyond it, isn't it interesting that this "discovery" by NASA was shared on the 10th of November? Actually one day before the New Reality Transmissions began. A discovery which could be seen as a sign of our success, given that one of the suggestions of the New Reality Transmission is to:
“Make pictures in your mind of CNN announcing breaking news of the empirical proof that human consciousness exists outside of the body…scientific validation of the existence of the soul and of the interconnection between all souls.”
As Law of Attraction has taught us; when we open our perception to an idea and begin to pay attention to it, we attract demonstrations of this energy, like experiences, and all kinds of things are drawn toward us which support our movement in this direction.
So I ask you, have you considered that as you approached the 11-11-10 Stargate, embodying an expanded connection to your I AM presence. And some also may have participated in the New Reality Transmissions. And many of us hold the intention to receive the energetic support to ascended to a new baseline 5th dimensional frequency and for us, together to create this New Earth experience...

An OLD HEAD on a YOUNG BODY

“I know to trust in the outcome, but it's so hard sometimes!! I do not feel 19 years old, I have always been ahead of my peers which confuses my head a lot. You feel older than your years. That was my experience also.
Like an old head on a young body.
Time has led me to the conclusion that this reflects the accumulated wisdom of past lives. Unlike your school friends, you are wise (in old knowledge) and you are conscious. You need to develop the growing consciousness and awareness, and to let some rub off onto others.
I feel that you have stepped onto the spiritual path of this lifetime with awareness but you are uncertain, as you move along it.
If you can recognise that this is what is happening to you, and seek out the right people, by intention, to meet on the path and to learn lessons from them (they will also learn from you) then you will develop. The universe will put these people in your path.
You just need to make the connection, and if you can, recognise the fact.
They won't all seem helpful, but you will learn from some who engage in confrontation, just as you will learn from some showing loving support and encouragement.
You have a purpose here. Recognise it by seeing what you like to do, and did as a child. Those skills may guide you to your purpose in the scheme of things.
Lastly, for now, don't act old all the time. Seek out the inner child and enjoy playful, childlike activities for your whole life.
Life is meant to be fun, and not serious.

ASCENSION – What is it? – What do you feel?

In the spiritual context the word ASCENSION is widely used to explain the process and movement of life, experience and the pull of life, towards higher vibration and consciousness. It is not the ascension associated with death.

As we attain a higher vibration we cast off negative patterns, which belong at the lower frequencies. These changes will have effects on all of our body layers, physical, etheric, emotional, mental, astral bodies etc.

Feelings of anxiety or change can lead to attempts to regain control by eating more, or eating less. Food comes from the earth so has a grounding effect. Toxic (junk) foods feel toxic, and the body no longer wants them. Again they suit the lower vibrations we are transforming from. Some will feel allergic reactions to certain foods.

The conscious mind needs to release emotions as the vibration rises. Sleep patterns may change. During sleep, in astral travel, there will be releasing, leaving a feeling of daytime tiredness, or low energy. It is a time to rest and regain energy.

Some will suffer colds and flu, as the system releases and resets itself. Some will suffer sore joints and muscles during the transformation process.

It is an important time to keep energy moving in the body by exercise, conscious breathing, yoga etc. It is a time of kundalini awakening, and some will feel the positive but strange sensation of energy rising from the base chakras to the brain.

The doctor will not diagnose your situation, so take responsibility for your own balance and health by recognising what is happening, and eating the most healthy food, taking exercise, relaxing the mind, and doing regular meditation. In a way it is similar to living through hormonal change as from puberty to the adult state.

Everything is as it should be. Live for today without fear and anxiety.

Meditate today, the Summer Solstice, for Mother Gaia (Earth), for the protective matrix, and the open portals for expanding consciousness.

SEXUALITY AND SPIRITUALITY - part 2

SEXUALITY

The Source /God created sexuality, and it has been subdued by most religions with rules. The exception is the tantra where it was kept sacred. Sexuality is the creative force, but it is much more than procreation. The old paradigm is that there should be one all encompassing relationship.

The move is towards all that matters, LOVE, UNIVERSAL LOVE and COMPASSION. We are used to relationships where the parties are together because they need something. In future consider not what can be got out from a relationship, but “What can I give to this “FREE and EMPTY SPACE”? – Give and receive.

Group consciousness can express unconditional love in different ways, groups of scientists, groups of artists, groups of spiritual people expressing love, compassion and sexuality in their own ways. These groups will form.

Now is the time to say goodbye to old structures, and relationships hindering the spiritual path, whether family or friends.

There is a migration, a coming home, to group consciousness, to groups to which the members relate. Think of hobbies – the way I express myself creatively, therefore which soul group to join.

This is a transitional period. It will be difficult for two to four years as such moves leave chaos behind them

Sexuality is the personal expression of my group, expressing unconditional love in the group, an expression of my spiritual path. Sexuality will have to be creative to give the energy to move forward. The motor of the spirituality is sexuality, to express who I am, my spiritual path.

The driving force of my life will be expressed in infinite ways, body to body we know, but other ways at higher vibration.

The move is towards female consciousness, the creative, wild, chaotic part of the female, powered by the female dynamic. Men and women all need to develop the female side.

Sexuality equals spiritual development. It always has but only tantra kept the spirit when religions suppressed it. The female energy is flexibility, fluidity, SEEKING OUT intense energy. I go out and search my dynamic force to experience oneness (not separatedness), to feel whole, fulfilled, in touch with who I am, seeking spiritual partners, of the same vibration, for my own personal development.

First there is chaos, but enjoy the ride, and cut the cords. Sexuality was to make babies, now it is mostly different in an over populated world. We can touch all levels of consciousness, everyday consciousness, sub consciousness and the collective unconsciousness (the akashic records of past lives). All depends on the perspective. Negative people (the anti-life dynamic) give negative energies and thoughts which will be dangerous to pick up and magnify.

Don’t indulge in low vibration thoughts for such thought patterns from the collective unconscious are heading towards self destruct.

Instead tune in to dynamics which we desire. We are empowered to choose the life we want, ultimately to connect with the Source / God. Unclutter the thoughts, manifest the thoughts, create the chosen life (not be lucky to achieve it).

I take responsibility for my life. I don’t blame others. I don’t blame the structures and situations. Many people will destroy themselves by blaming others and their lot.

What is written now will be different from what will be written in a couple of years time. Things are moving fast. We will find new ways to express sexuality, at a higher vibration. Soon it will be possible to have transparent relationships as we group into tribes of mutual interest and understanding. Members of a tribe will act in accordance with the psyche and rules of that tribe. There will be collective spiritual growth within the tribe and individually for its members. Actions won’t be right, or wrong, and there won’t be guilt. All will play to the same rules. There will be multiple spiritual and therefore sexual relationships within the tribe to achieve the highest vibration, the highest expanding consciousness.

Unconditional love will be expressed in service to others, especially in being positive and guiding those not yet awakened but open to awakening.

Even in “death” consciousness finds its own groups, souls of similar interest come together. But it is easier to transform to spirituality in the body, than once in spirit. Spirit relies on help from the living, without which they can’t function to support and help the living.

Service is like saying I can change people, and make a difference. The more you give, the more you receive. Preachers and gurus have had their time. Everyone is now the teacher. Sexuality is no longer separate from spirituality, it is becoming the core of the being, generating more energy to move forward, to awaken, to expand the consciousness.

SEXUALITY & SPIRITUALITY - part 1

There are two choices for those with rising consciousness.

Stay safe and unhappy in a suffocating system, the familiar, the fear, the comfort zone, surrounded by negative energies, and people stuck in their ways, wanting to move on but not doing that, OR

Move into the expanding consciousness WITHOUT THE BRAKES.

Don’t resist. Don’t stay in the middle, with one foot in each camp or you will suffer the CHAOS and the pain.

Guilt keeps us holding onto the old structures, even though all consciousness is expanding anyway.

We are moving away from the “family”. See how many people live alone. We no longer relate to many blood relatives. Blood is all we have in common.

We are moving towards a collective consciousness, a group consciousness.

A tribal system is returning, a support group, where people of common interests and beliefs come together and support each other.

FLOW (as in female energy) without resistance. Just do what you want to do without hurting people.

Confusion will occur, especially with those who are not in expanding consciousness. They won’t understand so don’t share with them at present.

Relationships will become more loose. The priority is the spiritual path and expanding consciousness.

Blood relationships will disintegrate, more than they already do. Expect to be seen as the black sheep of the family. In time they may say “why is the black sheep of the family flourishing?” and may follow by example.

Have no expectation and suffer no disappointment. The only expectation is that any relationship should help with the spiritual path of each partner in some way or other.

These new spiritual relationships can be sexual or non-sexual. The relationship will be what people need for their own spiritual expansion.

Synchronisticly the Universe will put in my path people who will advance one, or two or more aspects of my spirituality. Be discreet about these relationships. Others will not understand yet.

The increase in tectonic activity is a sign of the Earth cleansing itself of blockages. At the same time it is a wake up call for humanity to raise consciousness through developing compassion and love, as well as restoring its connection to nature.



The Earth is now entering a very intense transformation process. It is now obvious to see that tectonic activity has markedly increased over the last few years. However, rather than retreating from the fact in fear, it may actually be helpful to address what is happening, what it means for us, and how we can adapt to the changes. Understanding any major changes enables us to adapt more easily. If we continue with our lives, and ignore the messages from the Earth, we risk being caught unprepared for the changes.

The Earth is an energetic entity with an auric matrix that can hold a certain amount of energy. The alignment with the Galactic Centre allows energy from higher dimensions to surge through our Solar System. This process lasts ten years, and this happens every 26,000 years. The higher dimensional energy seeks to rebalance and re-energise the parts of the Earth’s matrix that have become depleted. Ultimately this process is healing and restorative for the Earth.

As this higher dimensional energy surges through the Earth’s matrix it encounters energetic blockages. Some are natural and some are caused by the activities of man. These blockages are transformed and released in the form of an earthquake or volcanic eruption. It’s simply the Earth letting off tension.

Now our consciousness directly affects the vibration of the Earth, and most of the activities of humanity are harmful to the Earth. This cleansing and purification cycle we are now in will restore human consciousness to a much more vibrant and aware place. However, during the transitions, the old consciousness must be released, and hence the teaching behind all this tectonic activity, is that we need to do our releasing too. The outer world is a mirror, and hence if more of us do our inner purification and adjust to the new consciousness, the corresponding outer reality will change and the Earth will make the transition in a smoother manner.

It is the Law of the Universe that planetary bodies, and sentient beings ascend. Understanding the process of ascension, releases fear and enables us to integrate the higher consciousness. The Earth is moving out of purely physical matter and is beginning to embody metaphysical higher vibratory realities into its matrix. This will then accelerate our consciousness. If we are open to the changes, and are able to release those things that impede our ascension without resisting, the experience can be joyful and liberating.

What we will see is an increase in earthquakes and tectonics, and yes some people may be lost in the process. But the message is not about spreading fear of an approaching doomsday, because it is not the case. Rather it’s a transitory process and a teaching. When people are lost in natural disasters, it enables the arising of compassion in the heart of humanity which then raises our consciousness. Some land masses may give way, or new ones appear. There may be some tsunamis as the Earth adjusts to the new energies. But fear not, and trust that all is happening as it needs to so the new consciousness can birth on the Earth. Whatever manifests, may we see it as a teacher.

We can draw lessons from what is happening. A relatively small volcano has stopped many flights from operating. Nature ultimately is in charge, and the invitation here is to respect its power and learn deeply to live in tune with the Earth. If we continue to live with disregard for the Earth, then we draw in more difficult experiences to bring about the healing. Everything outside of ourselves, including the turbulence of the Earth and weather systems, is an outward reflection of our own consciousness, and thus we are the cause of most of what we are seeing in outer world occurrence.

We can either choose to stay in fear and denial, or we can opt for the more conscious option of collectively beginning to transform human consciousness, acknowledging the issues we face and bringing about a harmonious integration with the new energies. If we can do this, we can remain strong during the transitions, and the severity of any future tectonic events can be mitigated. The more karma we can heal and resolve now, the less we will have to clear through the suffering of an earthquake or other natural disaster. We can transform our karmas before they bear fruit, and thus avoid the necessity of future suffering.

Our sun is also ascending into a higher vibratory reality, resulting in an increase in solar flares and explosions. However disruptive or threatening these events may seem, the sun is actually radiating out hyper-energetic vibrations from higher dimensions that are activating the blueprint for a multidimensional body. Our sun is changing to reflect our inner experience. As we find within ourselves the spiritual light and the higher planes of existence, the outer reality changes and the sun becomes a multidimensional star. Once it does so, it will emanate new vibrations that will accelerate our consciousness to the point where we will become light enough to ascend out of matter and become immortals.

On an individual level, if we surrender to the process, trust in the Universe, and open our hearts to the higher possibilities, then we enable ourselves to experience a smooth and illuminated passage through this unique time in human history.

Each of us can assist the Earth now, by taking a responsibility for raising our own consciousness, and assisting others to do the same.
