If November wasn't enough to make you wonder what is happening to your life and to the world, it isn't time to get too comfortable yet because December brings us another round of energy for completion, release and closure. Whenever a month opens with an active Mercury retrograde, between an eclipse sandwich, with a Solstice, we can expect big things. Notice I said 'big' things, not 'good' or 'happy' or 'easy' things. There is some big energy in play this month and while we still have free will, we are being pushed to make conscious choices about who we are, what want, what we are doing and where we want to go next.

Mercury retrograde ends December 13 at the degree of the November 25 eclipse point. Just before that, we have a full moon lunar eclipse on December 10, anchoring the choices and decisions made in the previous two weeks. We also have a Star of David configuration with the full moon, repeating patterns from 1996, 1997 and the Harmonic Convergence of November 2003. Is something being repeated you started or thought you had completed then? Don't be surprised if you have to re-do, re-think or re-consider a choice or decision you made as early as the beginning of November or in 1996. You may, after re-considering, decide to do something different. Be open to new and different choices now, as it is time to release ourselves from the beliefs that have limited out options to what we know is possible. The Universe often has more creative solutions, if we are open to them.

December's energies are intense and that is partly because on one hand we have been releasing so much (or it has released itself from us) that we can feel unbalanced, and on the other hand we are being separated from the energy of chaos and fear and have to make the conscious choice to be in a different energy. This can feel like we're out at sea without a boat or a paddle and in one sense we are but we're also in a powerful place of creation, where we get to choose each step on the path. It's exciting but requires our constant focus on intention. What do we want in this step, and the next, and the next?

By the end of December, we are in a rare time when every planet is in direct motion, just in time for us to usher in 2012, a year of great promise, potential, possibilities and power, as long as we work with conscious intention to stay on that course. This is the moment we have been waiting for and we have to act like we're there now, because we are. Remember that your journey is part of your path, so make choices to own the joy, love, peace and abundance you want in your life. It's there for the asking, as long as you don't forget to ask, believe and then be willing to receive. Have a wonderful month.

Relationships Are Changing

Relationships at every level are changing.

Higher frequencies are motivating these changes, and many of you are already responding to these higher energies by changing jobs, residence or relationships.
That is why you have so many split-ups, breakdowns, separations and divorces.

Everything will be very different in the future, but what will happen to relationships?

In the new energy scenario, the key is to put yourself at the centre of your life, and to do this is neither selfish nor egotistic.

Be complete in yourself first, then, you can help others. They will find you.

Future relationships will come from the heart, and will be based on honesty and truth. The focus will be on sharing and co-dividing energies, while at the same time keeping your being-ness and your uniquenes.

These relationships will not be based on need and dependency upon each other, but by two independent spirits who are complete in themselves, and benefit by being independent together in Love.

“God” created Love, while humans created marriage.

Love creates union of souls and mind and oneness with the universe, while the institution of marriage (and living together – without conscious awareness) often produces possession of the other person and thus it stifles creativity and growth.

Today couples stay together out of free will, while before they had little choice.
They also part because the relationship does not serve the needs of one or both partners. Those needs include spiritual growth. Freedom from a stifling or unsatisfactory relationship allows the person to develop and blossom.

The premise of the new-paradigm of relationship will be to love the other by loving oneself first and to make a commitment to help each other become more conscious.

That is a powerful relationship.

Simple Principles

I believe in some simple principles.
We are spirits enjoying a human experience.
What we think sends out positive or negative vibrations affecting everyone and everything.
We are all connected. One is all. All is one.
We are influenced by massive energies around us.
We can take control of our lives.
We can step from living in FEAR to living in LOVE.
We are controlled by fear but we have the choice to ignore fear and choose LOVE and to remain calm while disasters happen around us.
We need to do this.
We need to be in nature.
Nature has what we need to sustain us and energise us.
We are part of a rising awareness and consciousness.
Corruption, greed and power is being exposed daily.
Economic systems and dictatorships are collapsing as they no longer serve
our truths and our souls.
We are realising that material possessions do not bring happiness (even if they bring comfort).
More joy can be achieved by helping others.
We are moving to honesty and transparency for the good of all at personal and corporate levels.
More people are moving from heavy Fear vibration to the lightness of living in LOVE and LIGHT.

SPIRITUALITY – LOOK WITHIN

We live pressured lives, in unstable, unpredictable times. People carry more and more stress. There is no time to enjoy the essence of life.

We forget that the material things, which we work so hard for, do not make us happy in the long term, even if we feel rewarded by our efforts to achieve them, and in the pleasure of first ownership.

How do we find happiness? How do we speak the language of peace and love in a world where electronic communication has become so available?

Our minds are bound by prejudices and negative feelings. Where is a source of energy from which to take power from to cope with increasing demands?

It is time to look within our selves. The little voice within asks: Who Am I? What is my purpose on earth? How can the world become a better place? Why do some suffer more than others? Is there a God or a greater Force?

The answers lie in Spirituality – the key to recover and take control of our lives and to find peace, purity and love and the power to face challenges.

Peace brings equilibrium to the mind and allows it to flow with situations, not to fight them. We can recharge the batteries, the very Soul, the subtle invisible part of us, the spark, the life force which animates our bodies.

Within the soul lies peace, love, happiness, power and goodness, our essential qualities. We find these when we connect to our soul, and are then free to send these energies and qualities out into the world by our thoughts, words and actions.

When we connect internally with our soul we gain heightened perception and see people and situations as they really are. At this level we are no longer limited by culture, language, race and religion. We are all one. We are souls of one human family.

We can make this inward journey by experiencing quiet moments, being alone, being in nature and by regular meditation. We can empty the mind of the stresses and expectations of material happiness which society feeds to us, and bask in the natural treasures which we all have inside, the natural flow of love, happiness, peace and fortune. Reflect and find the answers within and allow the pure spiritual energy to recharge us.

THE BALANCE BETWEEN DOING WHAT YOU WANT
AND YOUR PARTNER’S FEELINGS


You were young, exploring sex, wanting to try something different, but you were afraid to make the suggestion to your partner because you feared a negative reaction. OR You are mature, and are still afraid to ask.

Even you are single, but you don’t take the dance classes you would love to do because you think dance partners will think you unattractive, overweight or incompetent.

“He / she won’t like it if I go away on my own for a yoga retreat, to be with strangers.”

“I have to be home at 1pm to make his salad”. Believe it or not this is a true situation. I know the person. She should teach him how to go to the fridge and prepare a salad!!!

“Tonight is the weekly event of my spiritual group, but my partner suggested that we go out for a pizza, so I had better go for the pizza and miss my “hobby” evening.”

You wanted to go out on Friday, but did not tell you partner, who has now arranged something else for you both.

You want to spend time with someone with similar interests, of the opposite sex.

How many of us live a lie, in one way or another, to make life function?

It is often said that marriage is a compromise, as is any relationship between two people.

The examples above all reflect a number of simple facts.

LOVE. You love your partner so much that you don’t want to upset him / her by saying what you really want. By you being sweetness and light, and not demanding, you think that he / she will love you more.

FEAR. You fear the reaction so that you don’t want to upset him / her by asking what you really want.

Your partner may be the “stuck in his ways” type who will never change.

I am not advocating that where a partnership works, and all is peace and calm, that you suddenly start to create frictions, which you have been carefully avoiding for years.

Your partner may LOVE you so much that he / she would want you to do or have what you want, but if you don’t ask, you are PRESUMING his /her opinion / reaction, and not finding it for real. He / she would actually be upset to think that you did not say and do what you really want.

“He / she will only love me if……………..” is conditional love.

Take time to decide what you really want to do, both for small matters and for important ones. Starting with the small ones, test the water with you partner. “I would really like to do this dear – it will only cost x, or I want to be out on Tuesday evenings for y.” “Does that affect your plans?

What kind of relationship do you have? Can you say, “ I am going to ….on Tuesday so I will be out”, or are the dynamics of the relationship such that you have to seek consent?

Many relationship issues reflect years of at least one partner not saying what he /she wants, just accepting passively what is, and building up frustrations and negative feelings which could have been solved by communicating years ago.

It is not too late to start communication about issues in your mind which remain unspoken, and which you want to bring into the open. You may be pleasantly surprised by the outcome. Or perhaps it will identify that you are living a lie, and perhaps it is time to leave the comfort zone of that lie, and start to live your truth, even if it may mean some initial chaos. What is important to you?

Our spiritual growth and true purpose in life can be more important than the comfort zone lie of a relationship. Let me remind you of some characteristics of the 3rd dimensional mind:

Fear, Anger, Jealousy, Victimhood, Ego, materialism, conditional love, control and living from the brain.

We can aspire to, and live in 5th dimension characteristics:

Peace, Joy, Unconditional love, honesty, openness, allowing, community, sharing and living from the heart. We can be happy for our partner to do what he / she wants to do, when we can aspire to this way of thinking.

We have a right to do what we want where it is with good intention, and without hurting others. Many people are out of balance and either control, or are controlled.

Will you hurt another by saying what you think, or are you challenging the other to change his / her perspective for the better? Do not prejudge this important point. They need the opportunity to learn too.

With better communication, good intention and unconditional love and understanding we will grow as individuals and create a better world.

THE MEANING OF LIFE

This short cartoon video sums up so well the meaning of life and what is important.
It is good to remind ourselves.

We should not waste energy on what is unimportant.

Do you make a difference to others?

Do you bring LIGHT, joy and hope to others?

Do you bring consciousness and awareness to others?

You probably do or you would not be reading my Blog.

I posted a really old video to the HOUSE OF LIGHT INTERNATIONAL SPIRITUAL and YOGA COMMUNITY. It inspired Richard in Honolulu, Hawaii to send me a comment:

"This video encapsulates exactly why I was drawn to follow your posts here on Facebook. I help people, and am loved, and yet know deep within myself that I can do so much more than what I accomplish."

I bet many of you feel just the same, almost inadequate for the tasks ahead. Remember though that many drops of water can make a hole in solid rock. Every drop we all make, makes a difference.

"Thanks Richard. I can do anything, but I can't do everything. You too. What you do makes a big difference. Attract others to you to achieve EVEN MORE by many individual efforts."

And thanks for inspiring me, first thing on a Sunday morning, to write this blog to share the message with others.

Aloha in the Hawaiian language means affection, love, peace, compassion and mercy. Since the middle of the 19th century, it also has come to be used as an English greeting to say [goodbye] and hello. Currently, it is mostly used in the sense of hello; however, it is used as the above.

It is also the state nickname of Hawaii, the "Aloha State".

What we think, we manifest

What we think, what is in our mind and thoughts will manifest.

Say, “I am poor”, that is what you get, the feeling and reality of being poor.

.

Start the day by stating out loud you gratitude for what you have. Make a list. These are often missed from people’s list. Health, life, food, shelter, sight, friends, love, beautiful location, warm clothes, etc. If you are reading this you are probably in the top 20% of people in the world for what you possess in the physical sense. The other 80% have much less, but some are happier than you, because they see life differently, and they know gratitude for what they have. They enjoy the most simple things which we take for granted or fail even to recognise.

Trust in the Universe. Once you really trust in the Universe, and ask the Universe to provide your needs (not just your wants), then you will receive. Doubt and you won't receive.

This is not a one way stream.

.

Give to the Universe also, a smile to someone, a compliment, a helping hand, share and help, give some service without expectation in return. Spread LOVE and LIGHT to all corners.

Ask for what you really need to make this “earth experience” fun for you. Fun is one of the reasons we are here. Ask for abundance for you to have and to be able to share with others, don’t just ask for the money to pay the rent, or that is all you will get, and you will still be unhappy. Ask for abundance enough for all your needs, and to share with others too.

“I am grateful for what I have. I love life. I live love.”

Love is my gift to the world.((( ❤ ))) I fill myself with love, and I send that love out into the world. How others treat me is their path; how I react is mine.

Meditate today, the Summer Solstice, for Mother Gaia (Earth), for the protective matrix, and the open portals for expanding consciousness.

SEXUALITY AND SPIRITUALITY - part 2

SEXUALITY

The Source /God created sexuality, and it has been subdued by most religions with rules. The exception is the tantra where it was kept sacred. Sexuality is the creative force, but it is much more than procreation. The old paradigm is that there should be one all encompassing relationship.

The move is towards all that matters, LOVE, UNIVERSAL LOVE and COMPASSION. We are used to relationships where the parties are together because they need something. In future consider not what can be got out from a relationship, but “What can I give to this “FREE and EMPTY SPACE”? – Give and receive.

Group consciousness can express unconditional love in different ways, groups of scientists, groups of artists, groups of spiritual people expressing love, compassion and sexuality in their own ways. These groups will form.

Now is the time to say goodbye to old structures, and relationships hindering the spiritual path, whether family or friends.

There is a migration, a coming home, to group consciousness, to groups to which the members relate. Think of hobbies – the way I express myself creatively, therefore which soul group to join.

This is a transitional period. It will be difficult for two to four years as such moves leave chaos behind them

Sexuality is the personal expression of my group, expressing unconditional love in the group, an expression of my spiritual path. Sexuality will have to be creative to give the energy to move forward. The motor of the spirituality is sexuality, to express who I am, my spiritual path.

The driving force of my life will be expressed in infinite ways, body to body we know, but other ways at higher vibration.

The move is towards female consciousness, the creative, wild, chaotic part of the female, powered by the female dynamic. Men and women all need to develop the female side.

Sexuality equals spiritual development. It always has but only tantra kept the spirit when religions suppressed it. The female energy is flexibility, fluidity, SEEKING OUT intense energy. I go out and search my dynamic force to experience oneness (not separatedness), to feel whole, fulfilled, in touch with who I am, seeking spiritual partners, of the same vibration, for my own personal development.

First there is chaos, but enjoy the ride, and cut the cords. Sexuality was to make babies, now it is mostly different in an over populated world. We can touch all levels of consciousness, everyday consciousness, sub consciousness and the collective unconsciousness (the akashic records of past lives). All depends on the perspective. Negative people (the anti-life dynamic) give negative energies and thoughts which will be dangerous to pick up and magnify.

Don’t indulge in low vibration thoughts for such thought patterns from the collective unconscious are heading towards self destruct.

Instead tune in to dynamics which we desire. We are empowered to choose the life we want, ultimately to connect with the Source / God. Unclutter the thoughts, manifest the thoughts, create the chosen life (not be lucky to achieve it).

I take responsibility for my life. I don’t blame others. I don’t blame the structures and situations. Many people will destroy themselves by blaming others and their lot.

What is written now will be different from what will be written in a couple of years time. Things are moving fast. We will find new ways to express sexuality, at a higher vibration. Soon it will be possible to have transparent relationships as we group into tribes of mutual interest and understanding. Members of a tribe will act in accordance with the psyche and rules of that tribe. There will be collective spiritual growth within the tribe and individually for its members. Actions won’t be right, or wrong, and there won’t be guilt. All will play to the same rules. There will be multiple spiritual and therefore sexual relationships within the tribe to achieve the highest vibration, the highest expanding consciousness.

Unconditional love will be expressed in service to others, especially in being positive and guiding those not yet awakened but open to awakening.

Even in “death” consciousness finds its own groups, souls of similar interest come together. But it is easier to transform to spirituality in the body, than once in spirit. Spirit relies on help from the living, without which they can’t function to support and help the living.

Service is like saying I can change people, and make a difference. The more you give, the more you receive. Preachers and gurus have had their time. Everyone is now the teacher. Sexuality is no longer separate from spirituality, it is becoming the core of the being, generating more energy to move forward, to awaken, to expand the consciousness.
